As Viet Nam’s economy continues to grow, local players will play a major role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, creating more firms comparable with regional giants, a conference heard in HCM City on Thursday.
The 13th Viet Nam International Woodworking Industry Fair opened in HCM City on Wednesday with over 490 firms from 32 countries and regions taking part.
Nineteen contracts, worth a combined US$230 million, were signed between
Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises during the 13th Viet Nam-China
International Trade Fair.
